Far be it from me to support Rush, but this song sounds like it might be politically motivated and based on a defined literary archetype (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magical_negro). Definitely not something you could say about Imus's comment. That said, I haven't heard the song and Rush may be the world's worst racist for all I know. I'm just saying that there *might* be a legit reason that he wasn't kicked off the air for that one.
